The workers of the last hour

Dr. William Soto Santiago

Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico

It is a great blessing and privilege to live in the end time, in the last hour, the time of the ripening of the wheat and for the harvest; and then, it says in Revelation, chapter 22, verse 12: “And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me (what for?), to give every man according (to what?) as his work shall be.”

The Work of the workers of the Last Day has to be in its proper age, as the Work of the workers of the first hour had to be there in the beginning; the Work of the workers of the third hour and of the sixth and ninth hours had to also be in their proper age. Therefore, we are not going to be concerned about working in a past age.

Paul… even Paul said: “I don’t get involved in other people’s work.” He went to evangelize where they had not evangelized, so as not to have anything to do with the work of others. And so it is with our time: Busy working in the eleventh hour, working in the last hour, in the work that pertains to this time.

That is the work that the workers of the eleventh hour will be supporting, so that the Divine Program relevant to the Last Day is carried out. And everything will culminate in the fulfillment of a Great Tent Cathedral as promised; because this is promised, not for the previous hours but for the last hour, the eleventh hour, where the eleventh hour will be completed with the twelfth hour, and there the work will be completed in the afternoon, because the eleventh and twelfth hours are 5:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon.

I am with you always, until the end of the world

So we can see why when Christ said in Matthew, chapter 16, verses 26 to 28: “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? For the Son of Man will come with His Angels, and then He will reward every man according to his works…” And then He took them to Mount Transfiguration in chapter 17, six days later (another place says: eight days later), He took them to a high mountain, was transfigured before them, and Moses and Elijah appeared there; because that is the Order of the Second Coming of Christ; it is the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, which are the same that He shows in the parable of the wheat and the tares, where the Son of Man will send His Angels to carry out the Harvest; and they will gather the wheat in the storehouse, and the tares will be cast out to be burned with fire.

They are the same Angels of the fishing of Matthew, chapter 13, verse 47 to 50, where it says that the Kingdom of the Heavens is like a net that is thrown into the sea, and gathers all kinds of fish; and then it is filled, and they bring it out, and gather the good into baskets and cast out the bad. It says: “So shall it be at the end of the world. He will send His Angels.”

Those Angels are the Two Olive Trees, they are the ones that sound the Trumpet, they are the ones that have to do with the Harvest; and there is the mystery of the Second Coming of Christ with His Angels, which will be revealed in the fulfillment of the Tent Vision that the Reverend William Branham saw.

There it is that this mystery, this secret of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, of the Coming of Christ to His Church, will be opened. It is to His Church that He comes to give her the faith to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

Therefore, we are blessed people to be living in this end time, in the time when all these promises will be fulfilled. And we will see them where? In the House of God, the Temple of God, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And then we will understand what He said, and we will understand that it was true: “I will be with you always until the end of the world.” We will see Him among us when our eyes are opened and the Scriptures are opened; and we will receive the faith, the revelation, to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

1532 – “Now, you see, it’s wheat time now. It’s getting harvest time. This is not Luther’s age, this is not Pentecost age, this is the Bride age. As Moses called a nation out of a nation, Christ today is calling a Church out of a church, you see; the same thing in type, taking them to the glorious Eternal Promised Land.”

The Sardisean Church Age

Rev. William M. Branham

Thus the grain of wheat that became a plant for the harvest is the record of the church. And even as not all the wheat plant is wheat seed, and as not all the plant is used in the harvest, so with the church: — all the church is not the bride, and neither is it all given eternal life, but a PART of it is gathered into the garner, and a PART of it is kept that it might enter into eternal life in the second resurrection, and PART of it which is accounted chaff is burned in the lake of fire. And this is exactly what John the Baptist and Jesus said, for John said that the wheat would be garnered and the chaff burned. Jesus said, “Bind the tares, and then gather the wheat (Matthew 13:30).” The ecumenical move will bind the tare churches together, for the tares must be bound FIRST, and though their end is burning, they are not burned at their binding but are reserved to a later date, which is at the end of the thousand years, or the second resurrection. But once the tares are bound the rapture can take place and does so at some time between the binding and the revelation of antichrist. Then will come the day when ALL stand together as seen in Daniel. The King will be there with His bride and in front of them will be the multitudes who are to be judged. Yes. ALL are there. All the books are opened. A final disposition of ALL is made. The harvest is indeed over. The books once opened are closed.

1236 – “‘And then shall he send his angels, and…gather together his elect from the four winds, and shall…and the utmost parts of the earth to be…and to the utmost parts of heaven. …utmost parts of the earth to the uttermost parts of heaven.’ That’s talking of the resurrection, the translation, going up. He’ll send forth His angels to gather. Did you ever think what the angels are? Huh? Messengers. He’ll gather them together, congregate them together (see?), bringing them, bind them together from the utmost parts of the earth to the utmost parts of Heaven, the Word that was, been made manifest on earth. See? Get it? The Word’s been spoken; here It’s manifested.”

The Laodicean Church Age

Rev. William M. Branham

The wheat and the tares, which from the first age until now have grown side by side, are harvested. What Nicaea set out to accomplish has finally come to pass. With all the might of organization the false church turns from any vestige of truth and with political might reinforces herself with state backing and sets out to eradicate forever the true believer. But just when she is about to accomplish her cowardly plot the wheat is gathered into the garner. No longer will the wheat and tares grow side by side. No longer will the tares receive of the blessing of God because of the presence of the wheat, for the wheat will be gone and the wrath of God will be poured out in the sixth seal which will end in the utter destruction of the wicked.

A resume of the Ages

Rev. William M. Branham

Now it says God is going to “restore.” The Lutheran Age did not restore the church; it started a reformation. The Weslyan Age did not restore. The Pentecostal Age did not restore. But God has to restore for He cannot deny His Word. This is not the resurrection of the Church; it is the “Restoration.” God will take the Church right back to Pentecost of the beginning. Now notice in verse 25 it tells why we need restoration. The locust, cankerworm, caterpillar and palmerworm have eaten all but the root and a small bit of the stem. Now we are told that all these insects are all one and the same in different stages. That is right. They are the antichrist spirit manifested in organization, denomination and false doctrine through the ages. And that poor little root and stalk is going to be restored. God isn’t going to plant a new Church, but is going to bring His original planting back to original seed. He is doing it as stated in verse 23, by the teaching, or “former” rain. Next will come the harvest rain or rapturing faith.
